I am moving to a new house and the wired traps are already there in the doors and windows. Which kit is for my use case ? Do I need a backup power in case of power outage ? It is my first alarm system. What other missing pieces i miss ? I guess serene which should also be on the backup power ? I do not want to use a UPS since it occupies a lot of space compared to a battery , is this feasible ?
