Problem: If door is open, setting to 50% open doesn’t work – door just closes.
I have the following Hubitat Button Controller rule that fails to stop the door at 50% if the door starts at OPENED (the rule works if the door starts at CLOSED).
@JohnFLand a firmware update for the GDO blaQ (version 1.5.8) was released last month and this update improves the “move-to-target” capability. Can you try updating and let us know if this fixes your use case?
No joy, no change. Here’s the Hubitat Rule Machine rule I use – if my “10%” button is pushed and the door is not already at about 10% open, the rule sets the door to 10%. Since starting anywhere above 10% causes the door to close, after a long delay (25 secs) to give the Konnected GDO time to settle, there is a 2nd try to set the door to 10% open. It works, but boy is it clunky and annoying.
