I just setup my first garage door. It’s a Chamberlain 1/2HP with manufacture date of November 2000. Square orange learn button, so my understanding is a later gen of the original Security+ protocol.
Partial door closing doesn’t work. It tries, and at roughly the correct time for the percentage. However, it’s acting as if I manually pressed the opener button just once: then the door reverses direction and then opens all the way. I can do the same thing manually by pressing stop at that point in the HA interface. I’m guessing the required second stop command is missing from what’s being sent out to the opener itself.
