New Blaq install today on a Liftmaster with purple button. Struggled to get it to do anything until I manually set the security protocol to Security+1.0, which would have saved me a bunch of time and trips up and down the ladder if that was called out somewhere. But, got it somewhat sync’d and even installed into home assistant (yay) (now to find an “Open the Pod Bay Doors” card….
However, I can’t get it to reliably open and close. After a reboot, It will open and close correctly once, but then, after opening, it thinks it is closed and won’t let me issue the close command. I have to manually press the wall button to close it. eventually it will sync as closed, but open/close is pretty inconsistent
so… I have some questions that can’t seem to find any definitive clearing house of answers for. If there is a doc that describes these functions, please share the link. I”m sure something is just out of sync, so i’m trying to learn what each function does to see if I can figure it out (and also wide open to suggestions).
What does “Learn” do
What does “Resync” do ?
What does “Toggle Only” do ?
What does “Reset Door Timings” actually do?
What does “Pre Close Warning” do if it can’t actually be turned off?
