I’m assuming the answer is no, but will matter ever come to the 6 sensor alarm panels? I have four and am not super excited to replace them with two alarm panel pros but they are the last components I need home assistant to bridge into HomeKit.

No, it can’t because Matter needs BLE for commissioning and the 6-zone boards don’t have Bluetooth/BLE capability.
But if you’re using HA as the alarm system either with the manual Alarm component or something like Alarmo, you will still need that HA bridge to Homekit for that to work. Matter doesn’t actually have an “alarm system” device type spec so only the individual zones/sensors show up in HomeKit and there’s no way in Apple Home to make that into an alarm system.
I just updated to the matter beta, all seems good. Should I be able to get to the webpage from the app?
