Konnected Alarm Pro disconnecting for hours at a time from Ethernet on latest firmware

I have one I bought in March, have updated it fully to the latest firmware (1.1.2-795643) and Konnected Project (1.3.7) as of yesterday. It becomes unresponsive for anywhere from 1 to 24 hours (won’t respond to ping or any other commands via HA or Konnected app) then spontaneously comes back online. It’s wired via ethernet PoE and also has a DC power supply hooked to it. Would like some help debugging if this is fixable or a failed board before I initiate an RMA.

Also, I’ve tried switching to WiFi for signal but it isn’t broadcasting a WiFi signal for me to connect to in the first place. The app states I should look for “konnected-XXXXXX” but I’m standing next to it and there is nothing of the sort.

Figured I’d write back that after debugging with support (Thanks Andy!) we determined the Ethernet port on the board itself had some kind of hardware failure so they’ve RMA’d me a new one.
