I can’t find my opener on my wifi network and want to reset to factory specs. How do I do this?

Please make sure the 2.4Ghz is enabled on your router, and not just 5Ghz. The GDO operates at 2.4Ghz. If you still have issues, try and flash the GDO. To accomplish this, you physically have to have the GDO plugged into the power outlet, and then connect a USB data cable to it, and into your device, i.e. laptop/desktop. You should then navigate to https://install.konnected.io/ and follow the instructions on this page. Once flashed, this will default the GDO, and you can then follow the instructions on this page to set it up correctly.

Thanks for this guide. I have tried this but the guide falls short of what to do after the new software is uploaded. I can’t connect to the wifi as it seems the unit still has wifi settings from previous setup. One unit can’t be found on the network and the other is on the network but can’t communicate with it. Is there a way to completely reset the unit back to factory settings? The method in the guide doesn’t seem complete
