I followed the instructions here: https://support.konnected.io/door-toggle-relay-trigger-on-the-gdo-blaq to enable the external toggle but it’s not working. I have checked my wiring and it seems okay, I tried both inputs since they’re not labeled 1 and 2 on the unit but it still doesn’t do anything and I don’t see anything in the logs. I even copied the code from the remote file directly into my config and added a logger message for when the external button is pressed and that is never fired, it seems that the input is never detected. What else could I be missing?
If you have one of the first batch of GDO blaQ (with two gray dots instead of ① and ② terminals), it may not work due to a hardware issue that was fixed in the next revision. What’s the batch number of your GDO blaQ?

Same. Must be one of the first batches because I only have grey dots and I couldn’t get either one to function.
My batch number is 2404. I had an old MyQ smart button that wasn’t working well so I was trying to replace it with a dumb button instead of having to buy a new one.
