Disappearing zones configuration

Got a replacement Pro Panel that otherwise seems to be working fine so far.

My zones configurations from the previous panel were initially still in the Konnected app and were working with the replacement panel for a couple of weeks, yet they’ve recently zeroed out, and the configurations disappeared from the app, but remain in Smartthings.

If this keeps happening, I do not want to have to repeatedly manually set up my zones all over again, its a lot of work. Can zone configurations be resynced/migrated from Smartthings back into the Konnected app or another location where they can be saved?

Also, the Konnected app interface no longer fits on my phone screen correctly, and it’s difficult if not sometimes impossible to access options at the top of the page because they are outside of the screen border/size. The Pro Panels web interface page STILL cannot be reached from the app OR a browser page in ANY browser including Chrome.

I don’t think it would be possible for the zones from your original panel to start working with the new panel. Each device has a unique deviceId and the zones in our cloud service and SmartThings are tied to the deviceId. You can delete the the orphaned sensors in SmartThings from the device that you no longer have. The new zone configuration on the new device should appear in ST as separate devices.
