I am using the konnected app on an iPhone 17 Pro. I have installed an alarm panel pro interface kit today and wired up 10 zones. Integration into home assistant was flawless and all is working with Alarmo as expeced.
I now wanted to configure konnected cloud to test the functionality of the alarm panel pro in connection with Smartthings app. Unfortunately I cannot at all configure any zones in the konnected app; the respective add zones button does not exist.
I have created a cloud account, the Alarm Panel Pro is recognized by the app and has a blue tick but when I klick on settings I only get the “Let’s configure all the things!”-screen and when clicking the “Agree&Continue” button at the bottom a pop up appears telling me that Device 4091510d916c has already been registered and nothing firther happens.
There is unfortunately no where an Add Zone button or anything else,
Anyone had a similar behaviour and a solution to this?
