Hello,
I recently installed the GDO White, but it’s not mounted where its optical sensor can detect if the door is open or closed. I’ve wired in my contact sensor to it, and the contact sensor displays correctly as a separate status in Home Assistant. However, I want the GDO to ignore its optical sensor, since it can’t accurately determine the door’s position. This causes the GDO to show the wrong status for the door, even though the separate tab with the contact sensor position is correct.
