I cannot find where to get into my Konnected settings to change over to my new wifi network. I’m having to keep my old WiFi up just for this until I can get it switched over. Thanks for help.
In some cases it depends on which firmware platform you are using on the device – legacy firmware or the newer ESPHome firmware.
In most cases, if you’re using the default settings, the device will automatically go into wifi setup mode, and begin broadcasting its konnected-****** network when the saved WiFi network cannot be joined. So, just turn off the old wifi, wait for the konnected-****** network to show up, and connect to it using the Konnected app or your browser (going to 192.168.4.1 after joining) to reconfigure the new WiFi network.
Thanks, Nate. As an early adopter & small shareholder it’s been a few years since I’ve had to touch the system. I have turned off the old network temporarily and do not see Konnected either as a device available to connect to it, or as a wifi host (which I didn’t expect), and don’t know where to turn now. While once very tech savvy I’m retired and feeling rusty. May need to pay for focused help with this? Thanks for your support.
