Can you confirm compatibility with the Chamberlain b2401? I want to make sure it is compatible with my blaq before I buy it.
Thanks, Mike

Yes. If it has a round yellow, square purple, or square red learn button on the back of the motor, then itâs compatible. This model has the round yellow button and will work perfectly.
Ok I installed it, but it is not working. If I install a new opener (as I have done) with a blaq that I had already installed with the previous much older opener should the blaq detect the change and automatically adjust its settings? Or do I need to do something? Reset it?
Currently it doesnât seem to be working. I have updated the Blaq to the latest firmware.
Thx, Mike
Hit the âRe-syncâ button on the device internal web page. This will reset the client id and rolling code which may be needed if youâre switching the device to a new motor.
Thanks, I will try that. What does the Learn switch do?
Learn turns on learn mode on the opener motor, for pairing a new remote. Same as pressing the learn button on the wall panel.
hmmm, it seemed like it put it in wifi learning mode as I had to reconnect the wifi. Anyway, I got it reconnected and hit the resync SW switch. It seems to be trying to resync, but not succeeding:

Hmm, give it a few minutes. It should sync pretty quickly but it can take a bit on the first time.
Also can you show a pic of the wiring?
i noticed that the door show as as open when it is actually closed
The red stripe wire doesnât look like itâs making proper contact on the garage motor red terminal.
Take the red wire out and twist the exposed copper together and then re-imsert. Try using the pass-thru wiring method if itâs too hard to get two wires in there together.
the wiring seemed to fix it. Thank you!
