This is a new installation of an Alarm Panel Pro. All the door and motion sensors work fine and show at SmartThings for the security monitor. However the two temp probes do not. They show temp correctly on the panel web page. I have gone through the Kai suggestions many times and still they don’t show at SmartThings under Devices. The 8 door sensors and motions sensor show and respond fine at ST. I have deregistered and reregistered the panel from Konn Cloud several times, and unlinked/relinked Konnected from ST several times. Rebooted the panel by the button and by the web page. Added Devices via ST-Konnected many times.
The panel is connected by wifi, and otherwise seems fine. Temp probes are connected per the diagram with the resistor and do correctly track temp.
What else can I do to debug this? Either at the board, at Konnected Cloud, or ST app settings, or ST-Konn link?
