As the title states, I purchased two openers and one updated firmware successfully. But the other lost serial connection wile updating and now will not register to be updated. What recourse do I have to fix this? Is there a way to force the firmware on the device / do I need to return it. Please help.
Plug in the 12V power adapter while flashing it with USB, and retry flashing the firmware again.
Some USB ports do not provide enough power to power and flash it at the same time.
