I am having the SSL/DuckDNS issue (sensor changes not detected) with hass.io 0.75.1 despite using the api_host setting and figure I need to upgrade the Konnected board. Not sure what version is on it, it was delivered a few weeks ago. However, when I run the Konnected flash tool, it says: “not compatible with the version of Windows you are running”. I have tried it on Windows 10 and Windows 8. I can’t imagine it would not work with any of these versions, so probably something else is wrong. Do I need to install Python separately? Or some other component? Nothing like that is mentioned in the How-to.
