The app has been in preparing firmware for over an hour. I have not gotten a email. It seems to be stuck. It looks like this occurred in July. Please help
Same here. I’ve tried about 5 times over the last 3-4 hours and it never comes back from the building.
Having same problem, who is watching on the back-end?
They reached out on a ticket I opened , reset their side and worked for me.
I’ve added some additional monitoring and failsafe conditions to our back-end build processing instance. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if your builds get stuck for more than 20 minutes or so. We can investigate and reset from the back-end.
