My alarm pro panel has been stuck on preparing firmware for a while. Tried on 2 phones and its the same result.
Device has been flashed a few times and end up on the same spot. Please help
Exact same issue but GDO blaQ. I neglected to enter the SSID and password in the options which might have gotten it stuck. I plugged it into my computer to upload the basic firmware but app still stuck. Why doesn’t it have a built in time out??
There was an issue last night with our firmware build process – the instance apparently crashed and left some builds in a stuck state. Please reply or DM me with your device ID, or email help@konnected.io and we can manually un-stuck it for you.
Sorry for the trouble.
Normally it should time-out after 10 minutes but in this case, the instance went offline and even the timeout failed. I’m working on adding an additional layer of timeout protection here in case this happens again.
