The same firmware update process was successful with two GDO’s but after tinkering with the Alarm Pro board off and on the past week thought I would raise a flag on it.

the v1.8 firmware is for both the v1.8 and v1.9 hardware. There’s no functional difference between those two versions.
Having the same problem, board goes through the entire setup but won’t download. Try factory resetting but to no avail from Tech support.
