I tried some searching here and didn’t see anything quite matching. I’m using Home Assistant and I saw the notification for my current firmware being deprecated so I followed the link and instructions to flash the recommended firmware. I’ve already done this once with the 6 zone panel and had no issues, so I didn’t expect any different but this time after connecting hitting “install” it appeared to start the process but never finished. I gave it about 20 minutes before retrying, same deal. I tried resetting the panel by shorting zone 1 & 2 then booting it but the status lights never changed or flashed. I tried other random combinations of rebooting, holding the reboot button, etc.
