Siren not working in SmartThings

I have set up a siren (purchased from Konnected) to the Alarm Panel Pro. I know it is wired correctly, because I can trigger the on/off from the web page of the panel.

But when I link it to ST, it appears as a switch (which I read is a known limitation) and I cannot turn it on/off. I tried also to set it up in ST under Home Monitor, but with no luck.

A possible cause of this is if your SmartThings geographic region does not match your Konnected Cloud region.

To check your Konnected Cloud region, go in the Konnected app > My Account. Select the correct region for your SmartThings location. If you change this setting, you must rebuild or re-sync your Konnected firmware for the change to take effect on the device.

Your SmartThings region can be found by going to Samsung account and check the country/locale in which your location is registered.

My Samsung account is based on a country which matches my Konnected account in Europe.
