Alarm not triggering the siren and beeper

I recently installed a konnected pro and am using SmartThings. I connected the supplied beeper and my existing siren. Both appear on the webpage and can be toggled on and off. However, when the alarm is triggered, they do not sound. I assumed that I needed to set this up in the SmartThings app. Similar issue here. I can toggle the beeper and siren on and off successfully from the devices page but in the alarm settings, it says no sirens available. Am I doing something wrong here? Here is what I’m seeing…
