Sharptools and Opener Locked Status

I have been using my GDO blaQ openers now for about a year. Things have been pretty solid after the initial setup issues when the devices were first released. I have them connected to Hubitat and displayed using Sharptools.

That said I have been encountering issues with my openers ‘randomly’ getting set to a Locked status which then disables remotes. More recently I have been unable to open my garage doors from Sharptools. I have been attempting to diagnose the issue and have managed to capture some of the behaviour.

Firstly I am not sure where the issue lies between Konnected, Hubitat, and Sharptools as when I initiate an open or close from Konnected or Hubitat things seem to work fine.

However, when I start from an UNLOCKED status and attempt to open the garage door from Sharptools I am getting this. So the door is not opening and is getting set to LOCKED.

Interestingly when I run the same test starting from a LOCKED status the door is not opening but is then getting set to an UNLOCKED status.

On one occasion I did also see this weird behaviour when initiating from Sharptools and a starting status of LOCKED.

Has something changed recently around functionality to lock and unlock remote capabilities?

@nate - Let me know if this should instead be directed to Sharptools.

Thanks,
Shawn

It’s something related to Sharptools. See this thread for more details:

There’s a reply there from josh at Sharptools with some insight.

Thanks Nate, appreciated. I have posted there.
