Hi all, I just successfully installed konnected pro and linked it to my smarthings account and app. I can see the status of all my sensors, I can arm it (away) and can disarm it. But I cannot arm (stay). The ‘button’ goes green when I press it on smarthings but the webpage keeps showing disarmed. ICan someone help?
I use the Home Monitor app in SmartThings for my arming and disarming. You can then easily configure door, water, lock and smoke sensors that you want to use for alerting and such. Works well for me and easy to automate your arms and disarm scenarios.
