Hello everyone, I’m Mattia and I’m writing from Italy. I’m new to this forum and above all I’m new to this Alarm panel pro that literally fascinated me with its features. The problem is that I can’t add the card on SmartThings, I did all the steps described but it’s not recognized. Before moving to Home assistant I would like to ask for help because SmartThings seems to me a really good and convenient application. I hope someone can help me, thank you
Make sure that you enable Konnected Cloud in the firmware settings.
It is already active, but it is not added. I have tried to disconnect and reconnect the account several times but nothing changes.
Sory to jump in, so for the cloud, do we need a wifi set-up to see it in the firmware? I’m wire connected and I don’ see it. That would affect my stand-alone as well I presume.

@Mattia Please post a screenshot of your problem or your device ID so I can look into it.
@user7 You use either wired Ethernet or WiFi. Either connectivity method works the same with Konnected Cloud.
@Mattia I checked your device data in our cloud service and it does not appear that Version 1.2.1.3 has been applied to the device. After the firmware configuration is saved and built, you need to apply the firmware update to the device in order for it to take effect. You should see the “Update Now” button in the Konnected app to apply the updated firmware to the device.
