New User - Device bogged down by "MQTT Event Error" in webpage view

Hello,

Just bought the konnected pro. Had everything connected earlier, was playing around between Alexa and Smart Things and doors/sensor were updating in real time. Then all of the sudden, it seems like my system is bogged down and won’t update in real time on the web page view on my home network.

When I view the web page view of my device, it shows a recurring MQTT Event Error: Last error code reported from esp-tls: 0x8006.

Any idea of what is going on?

Please post a screenshot of the error

Thanks. Please see attached. I am able to connect to Smart Things but the status of the sensors is not updating in real time. Also, I wasn’t sure if posting the device ID on public forum was a bad idea, so I blurred that out.

Not entirely sure what I did (other than updating my mesh system firmware), but the sensors are now updating in Smart Things in real time. Oddly enough, I cannot access the webpage on “Open Web Page” link from my home network. Seems like something is still having problems connecting but wanted to provide this update.

Make sure that the “Local Web Page / API” firmware setting is enabled. If this is not enabled, then the local web page is not active.

Please share your deviceID (or open a support ticket at support.konnected.io) so we can look into the settings on your device.
