I have the Konnected blaq device conncted properly to the Chamerlain garage with security 2.0+. I have successfully implemented the Matter firmware, but get stuck on adding the device on Apple Home. I see two device types show up automatically on Apple Home for Konnected, one is the Konnected “blinds” accessory and the other is GDO Blaq lock.
I have also verified that I’ve been accepted to the Matter beta EAP as I see the option in the Konnected app. What I’ve done so far:
- Re-installed Matter beta on the blaq device and restarted
- Validated network and bluetooth connection
- Validate proximity to devices
Where I’m getting stuck:
- Adding the accessory (it just spins forever trying to connect)
- Scanning for Matter hardware in the app and not finding anything even when I’m standing right by the blaq device
- I’ve tried both the QR code scan and manually entering the code
Any ideas?
