I would say … “normal” but maybe not good. It is a warning that something is not right. Potentially your phone is not on the same WiFi network as the board and hence it can’t communicate to the board. Review that first.
Otherwise debug gets more serious … Did the board (from the router) change it’s address?
Or you could try reconnecting the board to the app.
