Hubitat Konnected Child Devices Stopped Working

I’ve got a Hubitat C8 with a Konnected Alarm Panel Pro 12-Zone Interface Kit. It has been working fine for a year. A few days ago, all of the child devices stopped updating in Hubitat. The last event was 10/7/2025, so probably related to a power outage on that day. Both the Hubitat and Konnected lost power.

  • I’ve tried Konnected restart, and a power cycle.
  • I’ve tried Hubitat reboots.
  • The web page of the Konnected looks fine. Uptime is right and the child devices all turn on and off on the web page when I trigger them.
  • The VKonnected device in Hubitat is showing the right up-time and refresh does nothing.
  • The VKonnected child devices look fine, other than they aren’t updating and don’t record any new events.

Help?

It’s on my todo list to fix next week unless somebody beats me to it.

This is fixed in 2025.10.0 which you can update from HPM or download and install the AlarmPanel.zip package into Hubitat to overwrite the old version.

Let me know if you run into trouble with the update.
