Garage door opener “black” integrated with SmartThings. I am having trouble with routines and noticed my Konnected opener keeps looping open/close. I have the “white” version as well that uses the lazer and it behaves. Any suggestions? Why is my gdoblack doing this? The image is of my door stays in ST hours after being closed.
Disable the “Local Native API” in the device settings and update the firmware. If you are not using a local hub like Home Assistant or Hubitat, the Local Native API should be disabled. When enabled, if a local hub does not connect for 15 minutes, the device reboots itself. That’s what you’re seeing here.
This has also been resolved in firmware update 1.3.3.x for the GDO blaQ
