I installed two GDO Blaqs over the weekend and they worked great for about a day. Today, one of them never changes status to Closed in SmartThings. I’ve checked the local web page and it correctly reports both Open and Closed there, and it will report Opening and Open in SmartThings, but when I close it, it never reaches Closed. I hoped it would resolve itself but it hasn’t reported Closed since the first time the door was closed at about 8 am. Anything I can try to force it to sync?
Update: now it sticks on opening too. So the door is always either opening or closing, but never open or closed. It still does report the correct open or closed state in the web page, but the final status never syncs to SmartThings, only the transitions.
