Fuse on Konnected Pro Blew

What I believe is a fuse, labeled U6 on the back of the Konnected Pro blew. Anyone know if this is a fuse or what component it might be ?

U6 is not a fuse, it’s a voltage regulator that delivers the voltage for the 5V pins. It could burn up if too much current was being drawn from one or both of the 5V pins. I believe it’s rated for 300mA max (combined).

The board itself should continue to work without this part. Its only role is to provide that 5V aux power.

If you want to try and replace it, the part number is NCP718ASN500T1G.

Thank you @nate ! I was moving my Pro from a hanging bundle of wires(not using 5v pin) into the metal box used for my previous security system using the same wiring, Unplug→move→plugin→puff of smoke. Not sure what could have caused this. I’ll have to see if i can replace or order another board as I was going to use that 5v relay in future.

I believe you can use zones to trigger a 5v relay. Would this still work or do they use the same regulator ?

Update: Plugged it in, solid blue light. RIP board.
