Bought a white and a blaq gdo for two different garage doors in my home. Easy install and the web pages for both do what they’re supposed to. However the white syncs to the Konnected cloud and then onto smart things all fine. The blaq syncs to the cloud but I can’t for the life of me get it into smart things. I’ve tried removing, remaking firmware, everything I could think of many times but it won’t sync to SmartThings. Raised a ticket through the bot a few days ago but had no reply.

This was a problem on our side 
I just updated it and it should refresh to SmartThings within a few hours. You can force it to refresh faster by going to the SmartThings app > Settings > Linked Services > Konnected.
I apologize for not seeing your support ticket a few days ago. It looks like some automation automatically closed the ticket before anyone picked it up. I’m not sure why, but I’ve asked my support manager to figure out why that happend.

Thanks Nate that worked perfectly. I actually got two devices - one was offline but deleted that and all is good ! Thanks for the quick turnaround !
