Blaq Setup, connection issue

I have a brand new blaq and tried to setup using the app. It seems like it was setup and I can see the device in the app. But I’m having trouble connecting or doing anything else. I can’t update the firmware, I just get a “Socket failed to open” message.

I have also tried to ping the device on the ip address shown and there is no response. Also tried the manual update / flash using the website but there is no connection made with a USB cable and I can’t connect to the device that way at all.

Any ideas on how to troubleshoot?

It sounds like the device may be offline? Or maybe the IP address changed?
Can you see it in your router’s client list at the IP address listed?
Is the blue LED blinking?
