For some reason all of my sensors on SmartThings no longer show Open/Close they just show connected. See the screenshots below. I’m not sure when this changed but also I can’t access my Konnected devices through the Konnected app even thought I see them in my list of IP address and I’ll specify an IP on the same network and the app won’t find them but SmartThings still see them. This is frustrating. The whole idea of home automation is AUTOMATION. You shouldn’t have to constantly have to try to make things work. I’ve been using ST since the Kickstarter so around 15 years and I’ve never had devices just drop off like these.
Any ideas on how I can get them back? I’ve tried changing them in the ST IDE and it won’t let me.
