Recently purchased a new Alarm Panel Pro to convert my old wired central alarm system. Conversion to the new system went very smoothly after watching many videos online. Integration with SmartThings is were my nightmare begins. I would think something like that would have a section for dummies call Konnected Alarm Pro for dummies. Instructions are all over the place, email to tech support is very vague, sometimes firmware failed to update and after a couple days,firmware update behaves. I’m somewhat knowledgeable in the technical field, but following instructions that is not at all complete from my point of view can drive anyone nuts. I started this thread so that I can ask specific questions to get my system working and be done with it. By the way, all my sensors are visible and responding in the SmartThings app.
Right now I’m stuck with a firmware unwilling to update after making some changes.
Any help for dummies will be greatly appreciated, like how to create a routine for Arming and Disarming
