Similar to fleetmack’s problem with updating fleet ware, I am 6 days into trying to update software for my Alarm Pro Panel. My Panel shows up on the Devices page,and I know the ip address, but every attempt at updating says Cannot Verify the Device Is Connected. We have tried with iPhone, iPad, and PC. The hardware was straight forward but tedious,(small screw terminals.) Happy Holidays. I hope Santa can help me.
