Unable to get the GDO blaQ to reconnect to my network

I had a router die on me and had to replace it. Now I not able to get the GDO BlaQ to reconnect to my network. Here are the steps I have followed:

1.) I went to https://install.konnected.io and chose the following options and then clicked the Connect button.

a. GDO blaQ

b. ESPHome

2.) When the port selection window opened I selected the port associated with my GDO. (USB JTAG / serial debug unit COM5 (paired))

3.) After 2-3 seconds the Konnected GDO blaQ (GDOv2-Q) screen opens.

4.) I chose Install Konnected GDO blaQ (GDOv2-Q)

5.) The Confirm installation screen I chose Install

7.) It goes through the process of erasing and then loading the new firmware. When finished it shows “Installation Complete”

8.) Click Next

9.) On the Configure Wi-Fi screen I choose my network name and then enter the password.

10.) A Configure Wi-Fi- - trying to connect screen is displayed. After about 20 seconds it comes back with the “Device Connected network” screen.

11.) I then click the Visit Device link and it opens a web page with 192.168.68.113 as the page to visit. Here is where it gets interesting… I do not have a 192.168 .X.X network ? Why is this device saying that it is connecting to that network ?

12.) Here it the log file that has been created

The last error just continues to scroll in the Log file… changing the “rolling code set” number.

So, how to I go about getting this device to actually connect to my network ? I have a 172.16.0.0 network.

Thank you,

C Roberts

The log shows that it’s connecting to a network called Compusol at 192.168.68.113. Do you own that network?

Yes, that is correct…but I finally figured it out. I have 3 Deco network extenders. For some reason they reset to be DHCP servers. This allowed the gdo blaq to connect to them getting the 192 ip range. Once I set them back to access points the gdo connected to the correct ip range.

Thank you
