Currently, using elk sp35 (20w) speaker and elk 100 driver. When speaker wires are unplugged from the driver, I tested the driver terminals to output 12v when turning on alarm in SmartThings app. However, with speaker wires attached, the terminals output only around 4v and speaker volume is extremely low. Both 12v power supply and POE are connected to alarm panel pro board. Anyone has any ideas? Thanks.
