The specs for the DSC Alarm panel for the Bell Output Terminals provide for up to 3 Amps of current at 12 VDC (with Standby battery: 700 mA continuous) As wired, the output of the terminals is connected to a Siren Driver (separate circuit board from alarm panel), which powers a 22 Watt Speaker (R22SH) when in alarm mode. My question is can I use this Siren Driver with my Konnected board and just connect the alarm + and - terminals of Konnected to the 12V Siren Driver + and - terminals which are now connected to the DSC Alarm board Bell Output?
