I’m upgrading an old alarm system that has 9 smoke alarms. Current system has 5 of the sensors connected in parallel with an EOL resistor (basement and 1st floor of house) & the other 4 connected in parallel with an EOL resistor (2nd floor of house). I’m using 3 Konnected Alarm Panel Pro’s to do this retrofit along with 9 new System Sensor 4WTAR-B. I’m finding conflicting info on whether I need to keep the EOL resistors or just cut them out. Please advise. Thank you.
