I have been talking to Andy Wulff at Konnected regarding erratic behavior of my two IS335 motion detectors. We did not come to any resolution. They sense motion erratically and will not return to inactive at times. Even jumping the contacts on one will change the state of the other. They are on 2 separate Pro Board zones. I replaced both detectors with new ones after confirming they work properly on bench test. I deleted the Konnected motion detector driver and reinstalled. The auxiliary power supply has been replaced. The contact wires and terminations are all good. They have worked flawlessly for months until recently. Any suggestions?
