My GDO Blaq seems to be taking long time to sync on the rolling code, i have connected the Red to number 1 red on the garage door opener and the white to 2 white. updated the firware and set the security protocol to 2.0.
Is this a European model opener?
Does it have a green terminal labeled “0” or “e-serial”?
If yes, move the red wire to the green terminal and reboot it.
Hi, yes it has the green block with the ‘0’ i have moved the red connection to the green block and rebooted. but still not connected. Does it take a long time, it keep trying codes?
HI, yes it is now connected but i cannot open the door to a percentage i can stop the door opening, and the door close symbol is greyed out until the door is fully open.
Try hitting the “Reset door timings” button and then fully open and fully close the garage door at least once without stopping it. This should cause the device to capture the open and closing timings, which should then allow you to use the partial open/close feature.

Yes, it does work with Alexa.
Make sure you have Konnected Cloud enabled in the firmware settings and have applied that firmware. If you’ve confirmed that, and are still having trouble connecting it to Alexa, let me know and I can look into it.
Yes, konnected cloud is now enabled and firmware updated and loaded, when i ask alexa to close door, she says ‘closing’ but the door does not move
this is working perfectly now after the reset door timings, thank you.
I had to change the konnected cloud settings as different from my amazon alexa, but i have done factory reset and removed and keeps saying ‘all ready registered’ and i cant move it to my new account.
You will need to de-register it from the first account before you can register the device from a new account. Sign in to the first account in the app, tap on the device, then scroll down to the bottom under Konnected Cloud and tap de-register.

HI, i have alexa working perfectly now with my garage door opener, thank you, one last thing, can it open say 50%? what are the voice options?
Yes, it should. Try saying: “Alexa, set the [Garage Door] to 50%”
Yes that works, its till works great but alexa says ‘garage door not responding’ but still closes or opens to the set percentage.
I will check into this. I’ve heard similar reports from a few others.
Hi @David_Tudor I checked into your account and it appears that on December 9 Alexa sent us a message that your skill was de-authorized. Please try re-linking your Konnected account in the Alexa Skill for Konnected and that should fix it.
