@Volg I think I see the problem. Your cloud config for some reason is using a us-east endpoint but your account should be registered in ap-northeast region. I think that’s the problem but I cant figure out why that happened. Is the Region set to Asia Pacific in your Konnected Cloud settings in the app?

Asia Pacific - yes, correct

For some reason your app was hitting our US region when it should be hitting our AP region. Try hitting save on the My Account settings to resave the region setting. Then go back to the GDO device > Settings > edit new version > save and then update. This should rebuild the firmware with the correct regional endpoint.

If not I will look into it again in the morning.

Seems to have fixed the errors and no more blue light!
Now to install it.
