Hello, I recently started messing around with home assistant with the view to migrate from Smartthings to home assistant, however, when i setup My home assistant device it automatically found the Konnected Alarm Panel Pro, however i noticed that it was no longer available in Smartthings. I have my home monitored by Smartthings and I don’t want to lose this functionality as yet. How can I get my doors and windows back on Smartthings and also on home assistant? Thanks in advance.
You should update your Alarm Panel Pro to our newest ESPHome-based firmware platform which supports multiple smart home integrations simultaneously. Go to install.konnected.io to re-flash the device to get started, then re-discover it in the Konnected app. You will have to set it up as new again in both HA and SmartThings.
