I want to replace an old motion sensor (4 wires - red, green, yellow, black) with a Google Nest Indoor (wired) camera. This nest camera includes a 7.5W USB-A power adapter.

Can it be powered via this terminal-adapter, converter, and 2.5 power-adapter?

Yes, based on a quick look at the specs and power requirements of that camera, this should work just fine.
