Have the black garage door opener on craftman yellow button door opener. I am connected to wifi but can’t connect to smartthings. Says I have to registor with konnected. I can operate the garage door via the konnected readout but not with the app smart things
You first need to enable Konnected Cloud in the device’s firmware settings. In the Konnected app, go to your device Settings > Konnected Cloud > check enable.
Then Save & Continue and proceed to build and update the firmware.
Next, go to the SmartThings app, add a device, search for Partner devices and find Konnected. It will prompt you to sign in with your Konnected cloud credentials. This will link your Konnected and SmartThings accounts.
