I have tried to rename my devices, but it won’t take. Is there a trick?
Hi. Do you mean you want to rename your device name in the Konnected App? If so, click on the device name; in the top right, there are three dots. Click that, and then Rename. Type in the new name, and click Save.
When I rename a device, the name reverts to the factory name with a power-reset. How can the name be written permanently to the device? Thanks.
