So I just bought a house with an old school honeywell system (circa 2010 i believe) with the older tablet like honeywell lcd controllers. The system has all sorts of issues at the moment and my plan was to convert to something more modern like konnected. However, when I dug into it after buying the house i discovered the majority of sensors in the house are wireless including many glass break sensors and many ION micra switches (mostly in doors not windows). Most of the hardwire stuff is smoke detectors.
Can the wireless stuff work with konnected or does it require all hard wire equipment? What are my best options here?
I was thinking perhaps I need to be keeping the old system and using the interface instead of replacing?
