I purchased 2 Konnected Alarm Pro and now 1 of them no longer works. The blue led just blinks. I tried a reset, power off, and nothing works. It is powered by POE. The other one works fine. I need help resolving this. Is this a hardware issue?
You can check that the POE switch or injector is working properly and providing power to the device. You can try connecting the device to a different POE switch or injector to see if that resolves the issue.
What are you using? HomeAssistant? Homebridge?
I had issues until I downgraded node 20 to node 18.
